Spark Legal Network is dedicated to providing Europe-wide legal consultancy services on a wide range of European Union policy and law issues. It is uniquely placed to connect with legal and policy professionals from both academia and practice throughout Europe. Spark's network covers all EU and EFTA Member States and consists of over 1000 legal and policy experts. Spark serves as a hub, point of distribution and network leader, responsible for research design, roll-out of data collection techniques, (comparative) legal and policy analysis and (cross-border) reporting (including the provision of policy recommendations).
